Sean Feiler

I am a 1986 graduate of Gainesville High School, bringing over 30 years of Information Technology experience to Unified Systems. I attended college in Wisconsin, and served in the US Navy for both Desert Storm and OIF/OEF, I spent two decades working in the Green Bay area's IT sector. Returning to my Ozarks roots, I continued my IT career with a local internet service provider for six years.

In 2023, my wife Janell and I founded Unified Systems, driven by a desire to be closer to family and a passion for providing exceptional IT support to the West Plains community. Recognizing a need for more responsive and communicative service, I am leveraging my experience and expertise in project and process management to ensure Unified Systems prioritizes customer needs and clear communication.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, music, and spending time with my family. I am also a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan, so feel free to strike up a conversation about hockey!

Janell Feiler

I'm a proud mother of five: Finley, Andrew, Zach, Kennedy, and Nic and Grandma to two: Ashton and Kaylynn. For over 20 years, I dedicated myself to my career at the West Plains Social Security office. While raising my family and achieving professional success, I am also so fortunate to be closer to support my elderly parents in Van Buren, MO.

Witnessing the impact of a supportive community firsthand, I'm now proud to assist my husband, Sean, in his vision for Unified Systems. Finding fulfillment in helping local businesses thrive, we ensure their technology runs smoothly, stays updated, and is backed up, all while contributing to the community that has given us so much.

Finley Aiton

A native of West Plains and a graduate of West Plains High School, I'm returning home after spending the last 4 years gaining valuable experience in the internet industry. As a mother of two with a passion for the outdoors, I'm excited to be back in my hometown and contribute my skills to the family business. Bringing with me a strong foundation in customer service and supervisory roles, I'm eager to leverage my experience and make a positive impact in my community.

Mitchell Biggers

Systems Administrator

Mitchell Biggers serves as a Systems Administrator at Unified Systems. Mitchell served in the United States Airforce for five years before transitioning to the tech industry. His interest in technology began during his military service, when he built his own gaming computer, which sparked a passion for understanding how computer systems and components work together.

Mitchell is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, continuing to expand his expertise in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, as well as playing the occasional video game.

With a foundation in both military service and hands-on technical experience, Mitchell brings a unique perspective and dedication to his role at Unified Systems.

Sylvia Biggers

Community Manager

Sylvia Biggers joined Unified Systems in August 2024, bringing her extensive experience in administration and customer service to the team. Originally from Pocahontas, AR, Sylvia moved to West Plains in 2021 with her husband, where she quickly became an integral part of our community.

As the Community Manager, Sylvia plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and the local community. Her dedication to ensuring seamless communication and her friendly demeanor make her an invaluable asset to our company. Sylvia's creativity shines through in her management of our social media presence, where she combines her love for arts and crafts with her professional skills.

Outside of work, Sylvia enjoys spending time with their numerous animals at home, reading, going to church, and indulging in all things arts and crafts. Her enthusiasm and dedication to service make her a cherished member of the Unified Systems family.
